STUDENT INSTRUCTIONS & IMPORTANT NOTICE
All students must wear the proper college uniform at all times within the campus.
Carrying and wearing your student identification card is mandatory.
Students must wear a lab coat or overall during class time.
No student is allowed to leave the college premises during college hours without prior official permission.
All students must ensure their biometric attendance is marked on time during both check-in and check-out.
☎ Emergency Contact Requirement
- Parent/Guardian Contact Details: Every student must provide a valid contact number for their father, mother, or elder brother only. No other relatives' numbers will be accepted.
- Verification & Penalty: The college will verify the number by calling the parent. If a student provides a fake or wrong number, they will not be allowed to enter the college until they visit the campus along with their parents.
تمام طلباء و طالبات کالج میں باقاعدہ اور مکمل یونیفارم میں آئیں۔
ہر طالب علم کے پاس اپنا اسٹوڈنٹ کارڈ ہونا لازمی ہے۔
کلاس کے دوران لیب کوٹ یا اوورال پہننا لازمی ہے۔
کالج کے اوقات میں کسی بھی طالب علم کو اجازت کے بغیر کالج سے باہر جانے کی اجازت نہیں ہوگی۔
تمام طلباء وقت پر اپنی آمد (Check-in) اور روانگی (Check-out) کی بایومیٹرک حاضری لازمی لگائیں۔
☎ والدین کے رابطہ نمبر سے متعلق اہم نوٹ
- والدین کا رابطہ نمبر: ایمرجنسی کی صورت میں رابطہ کرنے کے لیے تمام طلباء اپنے والد، والدہ یا بڑے بھائی کا ہی نمبر فراہم کریں۔ کسی اور رشتہ دار کا نمبر قبول نہیں کیا جائے گا۔
- تصدیق اور تنبیہ: کالج کی طرف سے والدین کے نمبر پر کال کر کے تصدیق کی جائے گی۔ اگر کسی طالب علم نے غلط نمبر دیا تو اسے اس وقت تک کالج میں داخلے کی اجازت نہیں دی جائے گی جب تک وہ اپنے والدین کو ساتھ لے کر کالج نہ آئے۔
